Local Roofing Contractor Looking for Experienced Roofing Sales Team Members
Acme Roof Systems is seeking experienced Roofing Sales Professionals for the DFW Metroplex. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth working knowledge and understanding of roofing sales, roof replacements, estimating, and project management. Must also have a working knowledge of manufacturers, materials, and project specs/cost.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sell work at specified sales margins and markup cost
- Obtain sales goals outlined by management
- Ensure that all work sold brings value to the client
- Develop and maintain solid industry relationships
- Visit the job site periodically to evaluate progress and detect any unanticipated problems which may have not already been identified
- Perform final interview/walk with the client to deliver the warranty and hand-off to the maintenance department for all jobs completed
Position Requirements:
- Ability to carry and climb ladders, confidence on the rooftop, ability to take roof samples (cores), and to thoroughly document roof conditions, measurements, etc.
- Be presentable and professional
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
