Converting a Garage in North Richland Hills, Texas

A single car garage conversion was the goal of this project. The garage shared a common wall with the study, so we kept the look of the single car garage in order to maintain the curb appeal. Below is everything we did to transform this garage into a wine room:

  • Insulated and closed off the garage
  • Piped-in the AC and heat
  • Added a hidden door for the study and wine room
  • Installed floor to ceiling brick walls
  • Added a built-in counter for the wine refrigerator
  • Added a built-in bench with hidden pop-out drawers that have the same brick look
